  1. 1.Equipment Rentals: Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, with normal wear and tear accepted. Any damage beyond normal use will be assessed and charged accordingly.
  2. 2.Service Cancellations: Transportation services may be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time without penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
  3. 3.Damaged Goods: If your shipment arrives damaged, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will investigate and provide appropriate compensation.
  4. 4.Lost Shipments: In the rare event of a lost shipment, claims must be filed within 30 days of the scheduled delivery date with proper documentation.

Important Notice

All returns and refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our customer portal. Verbal requests will not be processed.
